Get in touch with Bezay by email or phone call and express your desire to close your account with Bezay

Our team will ascertain with you on this position and then we shall proceed to close your account with us

Note that account closure will lead to deletion of all private data including, username, password, names, age, gender, next of kin information, location data, chat history including messages, images, videos, and transaction history with your personal wallet and will not be recoverable. You are advised to withdraw all monies in your wallet using our withdraw options like Mtn mobile money and Airtel Money prior to requesting for account closure.

After you submit your request, and upon our teams response, your account will be deactivated. You will have a window period of 14 days for your reconsideration. After the 14 days grace period, the account and all its associated information will be completely deleted.
